Abstract

In a book entitled Miradas sobre España, thirty interventions seek to answer to an old query, to a question that has been crossing the Spanish intellectual space from end of the 19th century [and in recurrent way]: What is Spain, what was it in the 20th century, and in previous centuries?; Since when does Spain exist?; Which Spain? The thirty texts called for here try to make available very valuable materials on such questions. Nevertheless, a common thread seems to promote the necessity to keep making the same questions again
